On Library Drive in Hot Springs, on the east side of the Public Library, approximately 6400 square feet has been set aside by the City of Hot Springs for a youth garden. It will be enclosed with a fence and there will be several areas (gardens), with various plants, fruit trees and shrubs cultivated for the horticulture education of our community’s young people.
