To register for a garden plot in the Hot Springs Community Garden for the 2026 growing season, please complete and submit the form below. We will connect with you and send you the application via email or meet-up. The garden plots are $30 each, which includes water and use of the garden tools in the shed.     

By signing the application, the primary gardener (applicant) assumes responsibility for the plot and agrees to follow the policies  and guidelines outlined here. Every gardener must also submit a signed liability waiver that is completed with the application and returned with payment.      

Each applicant must be 18 years or older. The garden policies are available here. All gardeners need to become familiar with them to know the responsibilities of gardening at the Hot Springs Community Garden.
