In consideration of my child being allowed to participate, I hereby agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify the Seven Sisters Youth Garden and the City of Hot Springs and their employees from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for injuries or property damage arising out of my child's participation, whether as a result of negligence or any other cause.
